well practice went well yesterday except for the fact that i had the worlds worst tummy ache =[ so i sat out for about an hour.. when it was over i went home and after i layed down for a while i sorta felt better but then in the morning when i got up i had a big tummy ache so i stayed home ]= since we had practice on snday we dont have it todayy
