Please stop inquiring about a position that the job posting makes clear that you will not be considered for. Calling me and trying to argue your way into an interview will not impress me. In fact, it may just annoy me. I have many other things to do today besides tell biology, economics, and electrical engineering majors why they're not ( Read more... )

I know, right?

I mean - I know people with English degrees who have become great engineers...after 10 years working as a line operator.

But still...and this dude called. He actually called. I admire his moxie for calling, but...what did he expect?

Nothing your roomie would be interested in. We're looking for chemistry grunts to do really repetitive technician-level work.
