It was an typical winter's day; typical, for Lisa Turpin, meaning spent inside, sitting at the window in the library, head down in the leather bound pages of a good book. Once the bright winter sunlight had returned to her page Lisa automatically looked back down upon it, but when she didn't hear him move away an uncomfortable feeling crawled up her spine. Her eyes went up first, checking to see if her crawly feeling had been right.

There he was, giving her a look that she couldn't exactly read.

Still, she had been right.

The rest of her followed then, straightening up in her chair, "I'm- I'm sorry."

She frowned thoughtfully, and her head ducked back down. Being as painfully shy as she was, Lisa hated confrontation...

"You were just-..." She swallowed, "I couldn't see, is all..."

Yes. It was so amusing when I woke up this morning to about half my lj notifications being from you.
