You are allowed to ask for help.

I want you to know that even if you can only growl cause you've gone non-verbal, I'm willing to listen. You may have to IM me first to remind me to check my phone is on, but I am always willing to listen. I know that I have no real-world knowledge about what you're going through, but... I do love you and I wish I could fix it all for you.
