That was brilliant! Could be right out of an actual episode, it's the kind of "team stupid" situation they used to do so well in the past. *snicker*

Sometimes, I feel sorry for Gibbs for having to deal with those two. But then I think, he's got Tony and McGee, there's absolutely no reason to feel sorry. Now, jealous, on the other hand... ;)

I love the "team stupid" moments - I can't remember which episode I was watching the other day when Gibbs asks what make some guy's car was, and I swear McGee actually throws his PDA up in the air as they all stutter and look for the information!

I'm going to go with jealousy. They're so pretty! But dumb. ;-)

I think I was going to comment on this before and got distracted mid-typing! *administers self-headslap*

I love this character moment so much. The boys are so ... the boys and it is just like Gibbs to train them into one kind of behavior and then expect them to intuitively understand he means something else entirely. The pacing on this is just right, too.
