I was planning on the first post in this journal being a picspam for spae's Picspam Fest, but I totally got sidetracked by this weird idea for a fic. I haven't written anything in ages, but this demanded so much of my attention that I can't in good faith just leave it sitting on my hard drive. I really liked this! You wrote them wonderfully and (I think, anyway) very in-character. Do you have any plans to continue this universe? I know your note says it wasn't quite what you expected to come up with, but I'd love to see more of this 'verse!

Thank you very much, I'm glad you thought they were in character! I have to admit, I have already considered it because I really adored Shannon and want to see Tony flirt awkwardly and secretly with Kelly - not in a creepy way, just in a DiNozzo way! At the moment, I'm thinking I should probably write something in the canon 'verse, but never say never.

Excelllent. You really captured Gibbs and his calm, quiet, protective vibe along with some of his melancoly over losing a someone he had mentored. I think your addition of Shannon here and her interaction with each man was really well balanced and kept in character for both Tony and Gibbs. It's very believable to have them meet like this as well. Great job! Hope you keep writing!

Thank you very much - I'm always pleased when people mention Shannon because I fell a little bit in love with her, mostly because any woman who can handle Gibbs and DiNozzo is clearly very cool indeed!

Love the story is their going to be a squeal to it? because the way you left it their could be a squeal or another chapter maybe too but hope to see more

I hadn't planned on doing a sequel at the moment, but I wouldn't totally rule out re-visiting this scenario at some point in the future. Glad you enjoyed it! :-)

I found your fic through a search at the ncisficfinders com. It's great, and I loved Tony propositioning Gibbs.
