your timing could not have been more delightful. the closest book to me, if i were to do this, is "uncle wiggily's story book" - something i was laughing about earlier.
Now, of course, this did not suit the boy at all. When he went to bed he was thinking and thinking of some plan by which he could stay home from school. For there was to be a hard lesson the next day, and, though I am sorry to say it, that boy was too lazy to study as he ought.
that, for whatever eyes read this, is why i did not enjoy reading until i was twelve.
"There's no ambivalence, just a simulation model of communication. But aren't phone-ins, polls, letters to the editor reciprocal examples? No, that's simple reversability. The receiver is now sending messages. But this still has nothing to do with simultaneous response."
ooh!!!!! what is tht second one please???? it sounds interesting! (on my lj, "Current Music" is replaced with "I am here dancing to"...which fits song listed on yours...)
Spin State by Chris Moriarty. It's got tons of technobabble, but it's pretty cool techno-babble in true "what if" sci-fi style. It's main plot is a murder mystery, with tons of other stuff piled on top, in a really weird future. I highly recommend it.
The "two points for Anna" was because we read it together in a science fiction/fantasy class we took a couple years ago.
