Wall-E and Hong Kong

Seeing Wall-E tonight! In Gold Class, thanks to Magnum upgrades. My sister didn't like it much, and she normally loves Pixar movies so that's a worry, but the very least that will happen is I get to indulge in a delicious meal in an armchair. Anyway, I've heard plenty of good reviews too, so we shall wait and see. From the previews it's not really ( Read more... )

I don't know! I've never been there (to the hotel, that is). You want me to look?

Oh. Well, I didn't see the "report back" ... I suppose that answers the "you want me to look" question then!

Ah, Gold Class. I'm quite happy to hear it rear its head once again in one of your musings.

I've had all three of the things you mentioned. I'm not a fan of debit, simply because it takes too long for things to go through and even if I've calculated correctly, my account might've still been empty from the time before and suffer an overdraft fee. I think I've paid about $300 U.S.D. in overdraft fees since I had the debit. I no longer use it. Not what happiness is made of. Credit cards like MC and Visa are good though. But I wouldn't sign up for any credit card company unless it offered 0% apr for the first year or so. :)

Tell me about this "peculiarly vague" merchandise discount?

Thanks for the advice hon! I pretty much agree - my fear was overdraft fees, so I think I'll stick to credit at this point. Plus, I get points that way! I'll just have to be good about paying money towards it BEFORE I start spending ... :o

It said 5% (or 20% or something ... that's me talking, the website wasn't THAT vague!) at the Collectible art shop and 'other great merchandise discounts at outlets around the resort' or something really weird!! I'm excited, though - we leave tomorrow! :D
