Who Ever Said I Was "Stable"?

Some time ago, I mentioned in passing conversation with a co-worker, that I thought one of those large exercise balls might be a good thing to have. Something that would allow me to do something other than a standard sit-up, and perhaps better exercise my stomach and my back muscles. "Teach" me stability? Oh ya, there's an idea! I am about as graceful as a bull in a china shop, and you know what happens to a bull when they try to make it balance on a ball right?

I hate exercise balls...seriously I agree with you. They harm you more than help you!

I feel bad for you, but this entry cracked me up. I can totally picture it.

And you need to learn how to make housework stimulating. Take it from a stay at home mom, I crank music and dance around the house like an idiot. It's so much fun!
