one of the guys i dat ejust bought a suzuki 1300. it is the fastest, baddest bike out there.

Is it a Hayabusa? Or the standard 1300 GSXR?

There's a 'Busa at the dealership too ... and it's beautiful, but way way too much bike for me. But oh so nice to look at :)

Sooner or later I will buy one, if not the R6, then probably a GSXR 600.

Powerful as hell is an understatement! I've heard you can hit 120 in 2nd gear! Over 160 Rear Wheel HP stock! If I didn't pass out from sheer joy, I'd probably piss my pants!

If you can, you should post a pic of it some day, that way I can drool and be jealous!

It's gorgeous, but I make my hubby get bikes that I can ride on with. Does D not like to ride with? 'Cause if she does, this one doesn't look so comfy.

Well, in theory, D is going to learn how to ride, and she will get my current bike. If not, I guess I could keep the crusier for when she wnts to go riding .. we shall see.

that is very stylish looking. I'm rather ignorant about bikes - and all of our friends ride Harleys, which I think are too loud. (but Deral says "loud pipes saves lives.) that's about the extent of what I know.

I'm not a Harley fan. I have a Jap Crusier now (Yamaha), but the super sport is really what I want. Someday I will have one!

I suspect that the Harley thing is more buying into the mystique, as opposed to the actual machine itself, although I'm sure Harley fans could tell me a thousand ways how that's wrong. :-)
