I know you're also into knitting, I was wondering if you have any suggestions on where to find vegan yarn. I've been looking for bulky/super bulky weight yarn locally and it all has wool in it.. I figure there must be something online but cannot seem to find it. Any suggestions?

I've also looked for bulky/super bulky vegan yarn -- it's hard to find! The best/easiest solution I've found is to buy the thickest yarn you can, then knit from 2-4 balls of it at once. 2-4 strands together will create a super bulky yarn, like this project. I don't have any specific suggestions for yarn, though. Sorry!
