Well, the greenhouse was a wash. There's a greenhouse there, only it changed hands sometime ago and is only open spring through fall. No succulents except for sedum, they can survive a Michigan winter while the greenhouse isn't being maintained. It's been increasingly hard for me to find a good selection of succulents and cactus for sale ever

that's Roseacre greenhouse, in Charlotte. They have a pretty good succulent selection. The lady has been raising them for years, so you get to see the mama plants, too. i don't know what time of the year they open, though-- it may be too early yet.
