OOC: Music Meme
List 9-12 songs that would be on the Party Shuffle of your favourite character(s)'s mp3 player. These have to be songs that the CHARACTER would like, not songs you associate with them, unless the two coincide. Give a short explanation why the song is there, eg) favourite band, nostalgic reasons, something someone uploaded as a joke, etc.
Tim's Party Playlist
1) Space Oddity--David Bowie. (He likes the feeling of the song--even if it is tragic and lonely)
2) In the Hall of the Mountain King--Edvard Grieg. (When he hears it, he thinks of the scene it played through in Fantasia, and it makes him think of Bruce, which makes him laugh a little.)
3) So What--Miles Davis. (Tim listens to this when he needs to relax. And if he's really stressed--he listens to the whole album.)
4) Only Time--Enya. (From the CD Cissie gave him. He doesn't otherwise care for Enya)
5) As Time Goes By--Andy Williams. (Casablanca is one of his all time favorite movies.)
6) The Ecstasy of Gold--Metallica. (He likes odd sounds--like rock mixed with orchestra--and thinks this particular arrangement is fun to listen to.)
7) Somewhere Over the Rainbow/What a Wonderful World--Israel Kamakawiwo'ole. (He listens to this when he needs to remind himself that the world really is a beautiful place. Also, the Hawaiian sound makes him think of Kon.)
8) 99 Red Balloons--Nena. (He likes this song in both English and German. He really likes the lyrics--how they're both funny and a little terrifying.)
9) Counting Bodies Like Sheep to the Rhythm of the War Drum--A Perfect Circle. (He just likes the title and the way it makes people flinch.)

11) Cigarettes and Chocolate Milk--Rufus Wainwright. (He likes the sound, and it makes him think of his life, a little.)
