Hey guys, I just got the Dear Celine carousel horse jsk in the mail, and it's too goddamn big. I let (for some stupid reason) the seller talk me in to getting a large instead of a medium, and of freakin' course it doesn't fit. Anyone want it before it moves on? I must be PMSing because I'm seriously about to cry because of this. :(

I dunno, the bodice is pieced together very intricately (to my non-sewing eyes at least), and the whole thing is lined and has a ruffle around the neck. I think it may be more trouble than it's worth. :(

Maybe you could add waist ties to it? I could give it a go shirring the back of it if you don't want to alter it by cutting it.

Do you think you can trade it with someone who happened to get a smaller size by accident? Maybe it's a long shot... I am waiting for mine to come, it should come tomorrow, but it's also a size L unfortunately.

Yeah, I'm going to post a trade option when I put it up for sale! Otherwise I'll probably use the money to order another one.

You're going to love yours! It's so well made, the fabric is very soft, and it's fully lined! Which just adds to my disappointment of course, lol.
