I think you should be proud of yourself, not angry. As women, we typically are more vulnerable, and that can lead us to believe we're helpless. But you didn't back down, and you proved that courage and awareness can save you regardless of size difference.

Don't worry yourself over what *could* have happened. Congratulate yourself on what *did* happen; you stood up for yourself and showed that man what's what. Bet he won't be trying anything like that anytime soon.

Thanks for that. It made my squeeze out a couple of tears, and now I feel better. Love you!

Yikes! Glad to hear you're okay <3

He probably wasn't expecting confrontation; I'm pretty sure he learned his lesson tonight.

OT: But I met up with Val today, and I gave her your wigs from the GO :)

Gah, you're just never secure, ever. It's terrible! Even in this little "Bedford Falls" town.

Thanks for passing my stuff on! <3

Shelly is so right; you are a complete and total badass. But it does scare me to think of what might have happened. It's so unfair that women have to deal with that sort of bullshit. Good for you for thinking so quick on your feet.

The worst part is that I probably going to see him again. The food pantry is right on Park, which leads to the gas station/liquor store, which is near the halfway house/homless shelters. If I do see him again, I'm calling the cops first.

Well, if you see him again, hopefully he gets arrested.

Also, are you free on Thursday for either lunch or dinner?

Gaaah, just reading this scared me to death! I really admire you for giving him a piece of your mind and I'm relieved to know you are safe.

Thanks! He picked the wrong gal to mess with- it's not often that I let my temper out, but sometimes it's appropriate!
My martial arts teacher used to tell me that the best defense is sometimes having a bad attitude. It's like chimps screaming and waving branches to ward off leopards, lol!
