Ugh! I hate that.. when I lived in Ny trying to sell my house, the sellers had to pay for the inspection (..for each potential buyer..so 3 inspections..ya). Here in MO when I go to buy a house it's the buyers that pay the inspection. I hope they lay off the bullshit and give you your grant.

I don't know either- all that stuff makes me want to pull my hair out. I've moved 28x in my life- but just sold one house & bought another as an adult.. and I've about had it;p I can't believe they're expecting you to fix mundane problems in a house that's not even yours yet, how stupid is that.
