Ha-ha, I'm surprised I remembered all of those terms, it's been so long since my last class. But skeletal anatomy was my thing, so I'm proud of the brain for retaining it.

Just to let you know, if you ever see anything in my sales you think you might want, tell me and I'll pull it for you. I'd much rather my clothes go to my friends-- plus I'll discount you too! ;) I just need the cash right now. ;__;

It just occurred to me. Have you called said contractor to bitch? Or is this a new issue they didn't deal with?

That's the best part. . . mutherfucker is out of business! I called him to complain and he was pretty much like, "sucks to be you".
So really it's the seller's problem since it was in the contract, but none of the realtors involved will do anything about it. They got my money, they're not concerned with me anymore. >:( The most I can do is sue.

I know, it totally burns to think that they (agents, seller, roofer etc.) are getting away with this. But oh man, a lawsuit is soooo much effort and I'm soooooo non-confrontational *flails arms helplessly*
But I do have a lawyer friend who said he'd help. . .

I forgot to comment on this when you posted this, but file a complaint with the BBB and see if you can file one with the Attorney General's office.
