I certainly think she should have been. I would say what she did would fall into the category of "aiding and abetting the enemy", wouldn't you? It seems to me that any reasonable-thinking individual would see it that way... :)

Yes, I believe that is why. That's what almost every pundit I've seen on tv have said, anyway. The terrorists are still our enemy, whether we are at war or not. I don't think that should have squat to do with it. You can still hurt your country and put your fellow citizens in mortal danger whether your enemy is a "declared war-time enemy" or not, don't you think? I feel the same way about spies. Of course, the Democrats would have a cow over it because then they'd have to arrest Clinton for giving secrets to the Chinese.

It sounds like the same woman. That's what this twit did, too - attorney/client privilege my butt. I couldn't get over what she said about "violence is ok against your enemies, even if it is American" (paraphrasing, can't remember the exact quote). That ALONE would have made me convict her!

Attorney / client priviledge and reporters protecting their sources should be yanked away. With these things in place it leads to corruption and fraud.

I agree. As far as I'm concerned she's no better than Tokyo Rose. I couldn't get over her saying that about violence against America being ok. She absolutely deserves prison - and a LOT of it. Maybe, just maybe, that might keep somebody else from doing that. But I ain't gonna hold my breath. There's too many America haters here.
