So here I am at Haverford College. Things have been somewhat chaotic for the past few weeks, but now that I’ve finally settled in I thought it would be the perfect time to snuggle up under the covers and write you that letter that I promised I’d send.

Hey Lauren,

I loved reading your post because you show so much personality in everything you say. I especially liked, "that pen was eraseable" and then the link for pens. Haha!! You added in so much humor, which really added a deep dimension to your letter.

I also have to say that it's really funny that there are animal blogs. That's great. I couldn't believe it when I saw that!!

Thanks for the slice of humor in your post. The part about the erasable pen was really cute. Oh, and I think that 11-year-old girl blog is the funniest thing I've seen all night. Great job showcasing the variety of blogs out there. So very entertaining.

I truly enjoyed the sense of comical confrontation with which you began your letter to the Auntie Em character. To agree with others the joke about the pen and the link to howstuffworks.com were awesome. I like how you switched narration styles when you start to actually explain what a blog is. Suddenly the sass of the rebellious college freshman is replaced a friendly informative tone. When you switch back at the end the humor of the whole piece is accented. Great post!
