Yes, that's her. She's had her life threatened several times before by demons, but she's never been present for the threats. She's only human; she has no way of protecting herself if an Avatar attacks her.
... I see. I take it you've been able to shield her without her knowledge- is that why you're not telling her directly?
We're all human up here, young man, and our means of protection are... limited. She is, right now, in one of the safest places in this sector, with people who are trying to devise means of protection. I'll try to keep an eye on her if you like but... I am the last person you should ask to stand up to the Avatars here. If I could not protect myself from them... how can I protect anyone else?
... so you're better, then. I'm very glad to hear it; I was worried about you! Yuna and galen are there as well... good. Stay close to them and your friend Ahiru-ru in case something goes wrong, all right? We'll keep working on a way to get through these barriers so we can all see each other again.

I'll pass on any information I may find. I'm trying to get in contact with Cait, with limited success. He's there somewhere, but without my Materia, I can't directly contact him.

{Nuku Nuku stood at the fountain of the northern sector of Vertere, taking in the sight of everything. It almost looked like the southern sector, but still very different. Isaak helped her get there, but could he help get her back? She hoped so.
She stepped away from the fountain and began walking toward the building Reeve had told her he was staying in. She remembered that it was an apartment building, a white one, and when she came to it, she looked up}
Where are you in here? I don't know how far up. I should have asked.
[Walking back from his impromptu visit to the fountain, Reeve had been intent on just taking another potion and crawling in the bed- it was the longest trip he'd made since coming 'home', and it'd been a bit of a strain. He'd just barely managed to get the door closed when that oh-so-familiar voice reached his ears. Popping his head out the door- third floor wasn't that high up, but it was high enough- he looked down and broke out into the first honest grin he'd had in ages.]
... heheh. There's my girl. I'll be right down... or did you want to come in?
{Before the transformation, the android would have run up the stairs to him. Not anymore, as the increase of her feral instincts made her take the most direct way.
Then she was there, right in front of the door to Reeve's apartment, in her yellow coat and dirty clothing. Her shoes were a bit torn up, and her skirt was tattered and torn just above the middle of her thighs. The short shirt beneath the coat was in just as bad shape, with one strap missing. But she didn't care.}
.....! O- of course. You're always welcome here, Atsuko. You should know that.
[He couldn't help but frown a bit at seeing her in such disarray- not that he really looked much better. His face was still gaunt; the sweatshirt he'd borrowed from Cid was two sizes too big, hanging off his thin frame and exposing the edge of a thich burn scar along his collarbone. For a moment he reached up to touch her cheek, then reached out and hugged the girl he considered his daughter tightly.]
I was worried about you. Have you been hurt? Did you get into a fight on the way here? Are you feeling all right?
