My dog turns cougar

My dog turns 5 human-years old in a few hours! She is a constant reminder of how far I've gone in my medical career as she was given to me when I was a dumb, teary-eyed medical school freshman. She still hasn't grown big, but, well, she's bigger than my palm now (as opposed to when I first got her, I could literally hold her in my hand

It went well!!! My board exams, I mean. :) My dog, on the other hand... :((( We still don't have boyzzzz :(((
