I have a rather massive spider bite on my arm. I went to the ER last night, but the didn't do anything. They handed me some ibuprofen and some bactrim and sent me on my way.

It's very well possible that it's a brown recluse bite. We have TONS of them here.

If my arm decays, I'm suing.

i'm terrified of ever being bitten by a brown recluse :S hopefully that is not what happened in your case
