I have told a lot of people about this little house, including my parents. I hope my Mom & Dad look into it. It is exactly one mile from its' front door to my office. I love the floor in the basement....that house is in great shape, believe me i have seen it all, and you can't beat the price. We have also worked with the listing agent and agency before on deals. they are good people. Let me know if your parents are interested and maybe Howard could get a deal together.

I sent the listing to my parents. I don't think they are ready for another house down here yet.

We have a mutual friend's mother attempt to call the listing agent to check out the house and perhaps buy it with cash, but he hasn't returned her phone call. House is probably already sold.

I wish I could have bought it. Move in, downsize, deed the Sterling Heights home back to Countrywide. Ah well. It was a nice daydream.
