“How often do you think of something, or see something, and it makes you think of her?” Jim asked carefully, his fingers toying with a rook.
As he looked up, he was stunned by the depth of emotion in Spock’s eyes. Their gazes locked for a long moment. Spock blinked once, still looking pointedly at Jim.
“All the time.”
This had me in tears. I love the way you write Spock, stoic and yet so full of depth at the same time. The way he confides in Jim is so wonderful. <33
