Martin probably has Hand Foot And Mouth. A high fever (104 F) that has since passed. Now a rash that started on the hands and feet and is working its way in, rather than say Chickpox rash that starts on the torso and works its way out. Generally cranky, but activity level still high, because nothing stops Mr GoGoGo.

Hand Foot and Mouth is something toddlers pick up from being around other toddlers.

How long does it last?

It's over now. It was 2-3 days of him with fever and being very poorly, and another 3-4 days of him being a bit tired and worn down.
