When you are a wildlife rehabilitator, you give up your spring to anything spontaneous.
It is also more work than having an infant.  At least they fall asleep in the car.

The sounds of baby birds hiding everywhere outside have a whole new meaning, and invoke an entirely different set of emotions.

Opossum teeth are not just for show
