It's a great theory but here, where the drinking age is 18...MAN does it lead to trouble. It was 21 not -too- long ago and I think they should've dropped it by a month at a time over the course of 36 years. I've never seen so many drunk idiots in any one place, ever. Living here has me convinced it ought to be raised to 25!
