My Hoop-Making Adventure

So I'm guessing a standard hula hoop won't do. I'll have to watch the video sometime when I'm not at a coffee shop, stealing wifi. Got to get that home connection fixed...

Unfortunately, most of the hoops you can buy at Target or Wal-Mart just aren't made to adult size (it should stand somewhere between navel and your solar plexus). The heavier you are, the more towards the solar plexus you'll need. The smaller the hoop, the faster you have to gyrate to keep it moving. You can buy adult sized hoops, but hard to find locally, and the price they want to order online are about $34 and up. I've got plenty of extra tubing if you want, I'll make you one. Takes like 15 minutes to complete and tape up (assuming you've bought the correct parts, lol).
