[Over at 847 Goldberg Street, Balin happened to be up and getting ready for work when Rumia accidentally put in that call. He's listening over the phone, puzzled, until Rumia shouts.]

Whoa!

[Even with Rumia not directly talking into the phone, that was loud. Balin winces, rubbing his pinky finger in the afflicted ear for a second before trying to talk over the phone.]

You alright over'ere? What's'a trouble?

[ He sounds so weird and quiet and sort of distant, but Rumia isn't coming out of her blanket cocoon to see where he is. Or that he's not there at all. ]

It's so hot and bright! How can you stand it? I woke up and the whole room was full of sunlight, and now my eyes hurt, and... [ She mumble-whines something but it's muffled by the blankets. ]

[If Rumia isn't watching where she's going, she may just collide with another young blonde girl who happens to be hanging from a tree by what appears to be spider webbing.

Though if no collision occurs, she will simply wave to Rumia and say]

[ When has Rumia ever watched where she was going? While maybe she should have seen Yamane, she doesn't, and-!

Well, she takes a step back to see whom she just ran into. ]

I'm taking a walk, of course. It's a good night, but it's so quiet!

[Yamame sways back and forth from the impact, but for once her webbing doesn't break.]

Whooaaa! Most little girls don't go out at nighttime! I think it's not safe for little humans or something!

And Gil starts running behind Rumia, imitating what she's doing.]

Rumia isn't particularly observant, so it takes her about a minute of running around aimlessly before she realises those aren't just her footsteps she can hear. She spins around on her heel (totally not almost falling over), and looks to Gil!

Then moves her arms up and down a bit to see if he'll copy her. ] Hmm...

[His arms go up and down too, mimicking Rumia.]

[ And now, she's going from one foot to the other, flapping her arms and seeing if he can keep up! ]

[Nope. Ruining the blonde trend forever.

Do we even want to know why Caesar is out for a stroll in the middle of the night? There is an equal chance of it being a random happenstance as it is to him being up to something, really.

And to be fair, a little girl walking around like that isn't the strangest thing to be seen in the dead of the night on these streets. It is leaning enough towards 'odd' that he'll slow down and keep an eye on her as he passes, though.]

[ Dinner alert! When Rumia sees him, she herself slows down a little, watching him. Her hands still out... creepy little loli watching, watching forever... ]

Caesar keeps watching her right back, up until it gets just a little too creepy. After that point, he breaks eye contact and speeds up his strolling pace.]

Gash, he also wandering aimlessly, soon notices the girl. Her attempt to fly makes him grin, and he begins to try himself. He doesn't hum often but there are fake puttering noises coming forth.]

[ Blonde people forever. And what else to do when a child-plane comes your way but to start making the same noises and to go and go towards it with the intent to crash into it? ]
