i'm a bit bummed at the way the world works this week. finally got my car back after its month-long vacation at the drilling automotive empire, only to have it die again within 24 hrs for an unrelated reason. awesome. $1,000 to make my car run has made me a poor kid. at least getting to and from work and the bus-stop for school is easier now. I don't think you wrong at all. "Lynne and I" sounds way better than "Lynne and me". Word is frustrating like that.

you're wrong. even though it sounds funny, "lynne and me" is correct. although it would be better to replace me with myself i think (though don't quote me on that)...just take out the other person and say the sentence.

I think "Lynne and I" sounds right to me. I think the annunciation flows more properly this way.

"lynne and me" is the correct answer.
as advised above
simply remove the other person from the and choose the proper first person pronoun.

"the meeting you have with i"
sound horrible compared with
"the meeting you have with me".

this is all.

yup..."lynne and me" is correct!

take out the "lynne and"...see if the sentence makes sense:
I also wanted to let you know about the meeting you are invited to with Lynne and me next Friday. = makes sense.
I also wanted to let you know about the meeting you are invited to with Lynne and I next Friday. = doesn't.
