Water Ice

I've got water ice. This is in no way monumental for those of you to whom it's regularly within reach, but I think it's fuckin' fabulous. Megan and I were down in the Charlotte area last weekend, and on the way back up, hit the Rita's down in Mooresville, enjoying some there and bringing home 3 quarts for the future. Hell yeah!

hehe we got some Rita's today and I remarked "poor Curtis and Megan" because y'all don't have one and he said "poor us for not having Cookout" so I guess it's a trade off ;)

how do those quarts hold up at home? does it stay tasty or does it get gross and iced over?

They actually give you "cooking" instructions--it freezes into a solid mass, but then you nuke it for about a minute and a half and mix it up, and it's as good as new!
