Sad story.What's sadder is that if a black woman goes missing, nobody will care. Just think, if I go missing, it won't be on the local and especially the national news, they'll still be talking about blondes missing in Aruba or if Drew Peterson killed one or two of his wives

No lie, I wonder when I haven't seen someone around for several days and they haven't said they were going somewhere, if they're ok.

It's criminal the way the news media refuses to report on people of color or even the less photogenic.
I'm glad for the sake of her family, that they found out what happened to NH but the coverage was ridiculous. I reached a point about the time where Dr. Phil talked about it on The Tonight Show saying that his theory was that Nat had been forced into an international sex slave ring(wtf?) that I lost any respect for the case. There were and are thousands of murder victims fighting for a voice and this bitch was on the news every single night.
I get my news online anymore and only watch CNN rarely and only to stare at Anderson Cooper.

I hate the news too. It sucks enough that they're all owned by major corporations (and can only air what said corporation is okay with...). It's completely ridiculous. And on top of that- there isn't even anything requiring them to tell the truth
