Mr. Paulsons's friend and photography mentor is up here from North Dakota and has been doing a medium format view camera workshop with all the second semester photography students! It's so fun! We shot portraits today and I developed all the negatives, and just the negatives are so sharp and beautiful. I can't wait to make prints.

The only medium format I've worked with before this week was Holga, which I love, but man. Hassleblads and view cameras.. so much fun. And so...real? Like they really feel like cameras, not like computers with lenses.
