Have I mentioned how much I love doing that? I love fictional people. <3

I'm really quite fond of this image of Holly and while I'm already showing this, I can as well throw out some random facts about her, right? So shall it be!

* Before the terrible incident that changed her life forever, Holly was exactly what you'd call a little princess. Tiny and petite with blue eyes and long blonde hair, she appeared to everyone as a little angel. She was an aspiring dancer (ballet) and while not being really vain, she always felt save in her little world and took things for granted. She counted on her friends and she was among the most popular girls at her high school. People did things for her just because she told them so and she never thought that anything could change her way of living. How wrong she was.

* Holly is insanely headstrong, but not a female BAMF or some crap like that. During her recovery, she learned to fight but she also learned to appreciate the things surrounding her a lot more. She's a loyal friend, she's caring and she's nice and as long as people don't point out her weaknesses, she's really easy to get along with.

* Her middle name is Aurora.

* Holly is afraid of the dark and never leaves the house alone anymore when it's late. She really wants to be an independent woman again but in some matters she simply can't get over her fears (or injuries) and it's driving her insane.

* She once had a boyfriend who apparently was a nice guy until the day he decided that it might be funny to scare her. The guy was well aware of her backstory and still, he switched off the light and hid within the closet just to jump out, screaming, when she was coming out of the bathroom after getting ready for going out with him. Needless to say that the date never happened after that, she dumped him in an instant.

* Holly's natural hair color is blonde, but a darker shade. She dyes it and adds color to the ends. That color varies; at the moment she prefers the purple. :3

* Holly loves cooking! During her recovery, she was too afraid to go outside so she needed to find herself something that could distract her from her anxieties and that could take place inside. Thus she raided her parent's kitchen every day and discovered the joy of food and making people happy with it. :3 Sometimes, she loves the idea of having her own cafe or restaurant.

* She met Charlie on her first day at university and it was practically "love at first sight". The girls got along SO well that they decided to share an apartmentafter only three weeks. :)

Scribbly James is scribbly. This was a little practice to age him (or better said, to make him younger) and it went quite well. At least that's what I think because he looks exactly like he's supposed to on both pictures. 8D He's blessed with having the face of a boy for eternity. 8D Do I have to mention that he kind of hates that? I guess not. Also, no glasses on the right. He doesn't have to wear them all the time, right?

Well, actually he does, if he doesn't want to trip over stuff all the time just because he's freaking BLIND, BUT you know what I mean. There are occasions in which he takes them off. 8I

My Irish family of doom! <333
They're officially minors but in my head, actually, they're not. :| I have kind of a little "spin-off" going on with them in my mind and I love them all so much. xD I'll throw in the info here I have already written on DA, just because.

From left to right, we have

Chloe (*1981, Malachy's wife), who absolutely had NO chance when it came to passing her looks, features and traits on to her sons, Sam (the older one) and Rory (the little one). The O'Connell genes are STRONG and the black hair and hot temper are everywhere. Chloe is taking it with ease, though. Being the only woman in the household makes her tough. :D Her mother-in-law, Sarah, is particularly fond of her. She just loves it when a headstrong woman can take care of one of her sons. 8D

Chloe had a rough start with Kieran because she (unintentionally) took Malachy away from him but the two sorted things out and get along really well now. Sometimes, Chloe likes to imagine what kind of girl it takes for Kieran to finally settle down. Because, like a lot of women, she just cares too much sometimes and oversees the fact that he IS happy in his own way and that he just doesn't want all of this yet.

She'll be incredibly surprised when that girl finally appears, that's a given fact. Because the last person Chloe expects to be able to hold the hothead is a young German-American bouncy brunette with the attention span of a fly. ;D

Malachy (*1980, eldest of the bunch), who used to drag Kieran along in many of his adventures until he met this utterly beautiful woman named Chloe. Suddenly, he was all busy grabbing her attention and when she finally gave in to his advances, the relationship grew quickly and she kept him calm and tamed him, much to Kieran's dismay. When Malachy finally chose the woman over the brother, things went down the drain a little but the brothers managed to patch up their issues and are close again nowadays.

Malachy is actually a nice and reasonable guy, despite his wild past. He certainly HAS a temper, but it is more exhilarant than anything and he's not as (self-)destructive as his younger brother. He thinks before he speaks and before he punches a guy (and he HAS done that several times), he has to be sure that he REALLY, really deserves it. And yes, that actually makes a difference in this case.

The two men have one thing in common, though, and it's also the one and only thing they will always agree on: The family ties being the most important ties in life. Because no matter how many people you meet - it's your bunch you can always rely and fall back on.

Orla (*1992, twin sister of Declan), who is a happy, outgoing and friendly teenage girl. But she's also incredibly naive. So, if you're a guy and tell her how beautiful she is, she'll probably believe you. If you tell her that you love her just to get her in bed, she'll TOTALLY believe you. If you leave her afterwards, saying that it's not HER fault but your own, she'll STILL believe you.

When people tell her that she's just been literally screwed again, she will NEVER believe them. Because there's something good in EVERY person, you know? Even in those who kept writing "Orla O'Connell is a slut!" on the school's bathroom doors.

Who could blame them after all? Despite all the lies and false promises, Orla enjoyed her sexual experiences. At least most of them.

Declan, Kieran and Malachy had a hard time protecting her from the assholes but it only lead to them eventually giving up when Orla turned eighteen, when they realized that their efforts were useless. :| They're still kind of watching over her, though, pretty much like "Do what you want, just make sure we don't see you doing it, because then, we just HAVE to interfere."

So, Orla just keeps on floating, searching for love and understanding and she knows that, somewhere out there, there's the boy who'll love her for what she is. And who'll probably buy her expensive clothes as well.

Declan (*1992, twin brother of Orla), who is the laziest lazy-bum in the whole wide world. Well, at least in whole wide Ireland. Dreaming of being part in a popular metal band one day, he pretty much fulfills the cliche of your average metalhead who rather keeps plucking the strings of his guitar than to actually go out and meet some new people. Don't get me wrong, he does go out. He's just not the "PARTAY!"-kind of guy and while being quite talkative, he's just not the guy for the leading part of a group and tends to keep himself in the background.

Declan is genuinely kind and polite and despite his outer appearance, he's a really cheerful and funny guy and he has the most infectuous laugh ever.
But even though people like him a lot, Declan has some self-esteem issues and tends to act self-destructive from time to time, like being shy around the girl he secretly adores and therewith sleeping with a random weird chick he met on a party, being drunk and not caring about anything until he wakes up and feels all bad and hollow. He'll probably sort that out one day.

At least I hope so.

Declan bears an almost uncanny alikeness to Kieran (same height, face shape, smile, nose, shape of eyes, hair...) and while they share a lot of other things, too, they differ a lot in their general personality with Kieran being the aggressive and impulsive kind of guy and Declan being just... well... Declan. :)

That's it, sweeties! See you next time! <3
