ROOTFOLDER is just like SAMPLELIB but it's where your projects sit instead of your samples

it would be nice if the interface for ROOTFOLDER was more like SAMPLELIB ... so i could have

/projectLibrary/hexawe
/projectLibrary/beatkangz
/projectLibrary/liveJamz
/projectLibrary/swops

but this is well enough, lets me hit the same working files from all builds ...

was saying that i want to be able to have projects in subdirectories under the ROOTFOLDER.

i noticed since this change, the SAMPLELIB and ROOTFOLDER values are relative to the location of the lgpt binary

i have my setup very interesting right now:

G:\lgptBuilds\gpGhetto
G:\lgptBuilds\winGhetto
G:\lgptBuilds\debGhetto
G:\lgptBuilds\library\samplesByVoice
G:\lgptBuilds\library\samplesByPack
G:\lgptBuilds\library\projectsArchive
G:\lgptBuilds\library\projectsActive

then the windows config values are

SAMPLELIB value='../../library'
ROOTFOLDER value='../../library/projectsActive'

this lets me share projects between my debGhetto, winGhetto, and gpGhetto builds and also lets the sample loader feature browse all those projects too =)
