All rendering modes are now implemented:

FILE : full speed stereo mixdown
FILERT: real time stereo mixdown
FILESPLIT: full speed split channels
FILESPLITRT: real time split channels

this one has also an additional groove parameter to set the same groove across all channels. If the high nibble is not zero, the groove number is applied everywhere
