My arachnophobia has reached new and even more pathetic heights. I'm trying to look up pictures of fishing spiders, and as soon as I click on "images" and the little thumbnail photos of spiders begin popping up, I'm filled with such dread and disgust that I immediately close the window. I can't get anywhere! I can't even look at pictures of spiders

i remember there was some creepy-ass picture of some gigantic spider in a textbook i was reading and i was so fucking scared that it was going to like, crawl off the fucking page and eat me. why do they have to exist? why do any bugs at all have to exist? FUCK BUGS. FUCK 'EM. little crawly bastards.

I hate insects of all types, I really do flip my lid when I come across them! Which sucks because in all other aspects I'm a pretty outdoorsy person, but my outdoorsy enjoyment is always hampered by the fear of coming into contact with spiders. I think the powers that be made a huge mistake when they created spiders and then for some godforsaken reason just decided to let it be.
