in final fantasy XI some spells are sold in the magic shop only if your city is on top in the conquest. Posion sells for 65gil. One day Sandoria (my city, also always in last place) randomly was on top. I bought the SHIT out of posions and then sold them until people realized we were on top. it sold then for about 1grand. Once we were on bottom again they went for 5grand.....because I was the only one with any of them, mwhahahahahaha. I was so phsyched. Now all my friends are on wow. I'm trying to stay away from it cause I know its like black tar heroine and I dont want that lol. But I fear it may be inevitable. lol
