Chevre Pound cake

One of my jobs at work, besides pastries, is keeper of the cheese plate. My sous chef took an interest in teaching me all about cheese, and let me borrow Steven Jenkins' "Cheese Primer". I find cheese to be terribly interesting, and the book is fantastic. As an added bonus, I found a great recipe for Chevre (goat cheese) Pound Cake
