So getting hit by a car kind of put a stop to the maniac gym schedule that I have been doing.... tragic! I was really starting to look better. So since I can't really work out, I'm going to need to diet... I know kill me now. you've come to the right place.
I think this diet will work for you because you haven't tried it lately.
Its called "Caffetineahol"+Trimspa!
Breakfast:
3 Trimspa's
1 large coffee(kills the appetite)

Snack:
1 cigarette
1 lg coffee

Lunch:
1 lg coffee
1 cigarette
3 trimspa

Dinner:
ANYTHING YOU WANT

Dessert:
Unlimited cigarettes and booze(in diet soda)

The basic idea is to hold out as long as possible without eating and then eat whatever you want for one meal a day.

Unlimited cigarettes and coffee. Drink and smoke as much as you want!

You get the most effective diets from those with poor body image.
