This was wonderful and perfect! I love your different take on Remus/Snape-not that I dislike the main dynamics but it is good to see someone come and view things from a different angle! Especially Remus is a very complex and interesting character and I know I like to see him darker, in a more negative light.

Thank you! Me too. I crave that Remus. It's not that I particularly dislike the main dynamics, it's just that I'm looking for something more?

Anyways, as usual, because I'm a new writer, I'm hoping I could inspire this vision of Snupin onto better ones!

Thanks for reading :)

Very sad and almost disconnected, that's what I see of Remus, but that last bit? Yes, Severus is a Slytherin, and he has a plan. I hope.

Thanks for reading!
I love the complexities of these characters. It makes them that much more fun to read and play with...

Ouch! Very ouch, and very good. I can see that, with two so damaged people. I want there to be a plan, as Bonfoi suggested, but I fear that there isn't, because there is not always a happy ending in life.

Thank you :)
Hm, perhaps Severus just took the cup as a momentum, a symbol of what they were. And in doing so he's showing that he's ready to move on?

Maybe.

Well, that is one way to ensure a certain Werewolf pulls his head from his posterior! Hopefully that cup means that either Severus will be back or that Remus can chase after him and they can start again. This is a lovely emotional piece with an unexpected twist of hope at the end, great job! :D

Really lovely and bittersweet--I can see that happening all too easily with either one of them, not being willing to admit the truth until it's too late. (It seems like it's usually Severus who is in denial, so I liked that this time it was Remus.)

Or maybe it's not too late? I liked the ambiguity of the ending--it seems like Severus does care about him, after all, but is he willing to give Remus a second chance? I'm a sucker for happy endings, but in this case, I like that it was left open-ended for the reader to imagine. (Though I certainly wouldn't object to a sequel if you ever decided to write one!)

Thank you! It was a joy to write. Actually, the ending was supposed to be much sadder. But I preferred this one hehe....
A sequel? That's interesting ;) We'll see, I guess.
