ME/CFS Awareness Week 11-17 May

This isn't widely known, since I've made no big deal of it, but recently I've been diagnosed with ME/CFS on top of my fibromyalgia diagnosis. Personally, I don't think this means much, since I feel that ME/CFS and fibromyalgia may well be in fact the same disease or group of diseases, and without specific tests being available currently for either

I really empathise with you. I suffer from chronic fatigue too which is caused by a combination of having ulcerative colitis, IBS and depression.

When I lived with my parents my dad sometimes called me lazy and I've found it stressful in the past couple of years living with housemates who didn't pull their weight with housework when I'm not capable of doing extra to make up for it.

Then there are the people who think not working is easy when like you say, just doing day to day things is a challenge.
