Why did I pay so much for this apple juice when on the side it clearly states "HI, ME 5¢"?

Now that I think of it, the distributive property may be a requirement for a set of elements to form a field or a ring, or maybe both. But how do you prove that the real numbers form a field, or the integers a ring?

You know what's funny? How we take the distributive property for granted. One of the great paradoxes of math education is that the further you get along in your educational track, the simpler the things you're asked to prove. It's bad for both parties to reach climax at the same time, and even worse to climax multiple times.

I'm so mature....

1) Do not put off getting part of a uniform for some important event so long that it will take you until three and a half hours before the important event begins to get the final piece.
2) Don't go home after a concert to do your laundry. You're too tired, and it takes too long.
3) Go to class.

I just got done seeing The Aristocrats. Well, not just now, but this evening. It was... possibly the funniest movie I've ever seen, and without a doubt the dirtiest.
