Sick today, delusional by tomorrow

So today truly sucked. I woke up late, and then after getting out of the shower, my tummy hurt so bad, and i passed out on the bathroom floor. After gaining consciousness, i was too weak to get up, let alone go to school, and so i had to stay home. And, tomorrow! Oh tomorrow will be just as bad because i'm so out of it now, and tomorrow is the SATs
