Vegetarian. I eat balanced meals, but just enough of the meal to fill me up. I take 2 green tea diet pills per day, drink diet lipton green tea throughout the day, take 1 fiber pill, 1 calcium chew, 1 ginko baloba, and 1 metadate cd. I take a tylenol PM at around 8:30PM so I get a good nights sleep (keeps me from over eating) and also stops me from munching at night.
Usually I stick to tacos from taco bell. One soft taco w/ refried beans instead of meat. I scrape off a lot of the inside, leave a little cheese, and eat. Sometimes the whole thing, sometimes half. Fruit juice - WITH sugar - a glass a day keeps me going.
I walk a lot. I put the recycle bins far away (and I recycle constantly) so that I have to walk to throw something away.

I clean, work, go to school. Keep myself busy.
