[Toboe sits just outside the Travel Agency, watching the crowds of people walking to and fro in the city. Every now and then he gets to his feet, tail wagging as someone notices him on their way, but with a pat or a wave they're gone and he is back to sitting again, watching. The many new smells hit his nose with each person. Different worlds,

[ Atsumi has her headphones on, minding her own business for the most part. She had heard about the recent influx of people coming to the city, and had decided to head that way to people watch.

What she wasn't expecting was a dog sitting outside the station, as if waiting for someone. Blinking a little, she glances around before trotting up to him and kneeling to his level, reaching out slowly to pat him. ] You poor guy.. are you lost?

[Toboe looks up as he's touched, brushing his nose against the stranger. Desai had been pretty normal since he had finally ventured out of the safety of Sheska's house again and he was feeling more trusting.

Nudging her hand the wolf gave a small happy whine and wagged his tail, turning his head to watch the strangers bustling about.]

[ Atsumi giggles a little bit, scratching behind his ears and finally choosing to plop down on the sidewalk next to him, taking her headphones off to hang around her neck. ] I wonder if you have a name..

[Toboe leans against her, leaning his head into her touch, his tail happily wagging. He should really consider asking Sheska to help him get a collar with some sort of name on it.

His ears perk at the sounds coming from her headphones and he gives them a test bump with his nose.]

[a huge black bird lands on the ground nearby to pick at a particularly robust bit of debris. He is a well-groomed and well-fed looking bird and smells like, well, a normal raven. He was used to all sorts of hazardous situations by now, so the presence of a furry predator so close didn't really interrupt his snack. But he had an eye out, just to be sure. Can't hurt to be cautious.]

[he stripped the good bits out of the piece he was eating before tilting a bird-look of curiosity to the wolf.]

'Sup?

[Toboe looks startled at first, sniffing at the Raven with his ears back. After a moment he decides the bird isn't very threatening and sits back on his haunches, tilting his head to one side. A brief glance at the surroundings makes sure no one is close enough to hear him before he responds]

Hi! [Toboe's reply is cheerful, it's been a while since he could talk in this form] I've never met a talking Raven before. Are you from around here?

[The wolf sniffs at him, edging a little closer to get a better look at his new feathered friend]

[isn't quite as cautious about being overheard. What do you mean, "People aren't used to ravens talking?" He takes a couple little bird steps closer to the wolf, but friendly or not, it doesn't take long to become dinner, so he's still acting a bit wary.]

Naw. Just stopping by on a little errand. Seeing the sights while I'm at it. What about you? You a local boy?

[Toboe wags his tail slightly, watching the Raven]

I've been here for a while but I'm not local. The locals here seem nice though. They give me food sometimes. One of them did throw a shoe at me head once though.

[The Wolf bows slightly, his tail wagging back and forth playfully] I had a lot of raven friends back home. They usually only spoke their normal way though. Are you a normal Raven?

[Maron has happened to pass by with the recent influx of people coming in. The large dog sitting outside caught her attention. Maron blinked then smiled, she sympathize the poor guy. She walked up to him and knelled down. Once she was at his level, she offered her palm under his chin.]

Hello there.

[Toboe wags his tail happily at the attention, licking her once with a playful bark. It was nice to have people stop and see him that weren't trying to throw things at him. He really liked people! Even if they didn't always like him.]

[Marron smiles happily at the response given from him. She brushes her fingers through the animal's fur on his cheek.]

You're a cute one.

[If wolves could blush, he would be. Toboe sniffs at her, closing his eyes with a contented huff. Sometimes it really was nice just to be himself.]
