what you need to do is create a picture that is 100 by 100 pixels
if you have photoshop type create new...
otherwise if you use paint ... you kindof have to wing it
in any case you save it as a j-peg and hten upload it by going to the manage tab and then to userpictures...
for my first icon, I begged Katie for my second, I copied someone else's into paint and then took the size from that, and deleted all the color and started over, also a lot of sites have icons you can take!
