This had to be my greatest fear
Not only have I turned up here
But now I've lost my only dear
Now how will I be naughty?
Ah, my hair trimmer... Not that it matters that it's gone, no one seems to be around to use it on.
This could get quite boring.
rhyming to myself again

I'm sure this is not the end
Surely around here you can find
A new trimmer so divine
By the way my name's Giselle
I enjoy this rhyming game if you couldn't tell.

I'm glad you too enjoy this game.
I was beginning to think I was all alone. It's a pleasure to meet you.

Tell me, have you always lived in this strange city?

Good sir, you aren't quite where you were
Although you've seen this for yourself, I'm sure
This city carries quite a lure
For travelers as ourselves
And as you roam the streets take heed
There are creatures that seek to make you bleed
And so we have found the need
To take shelter where we can

Creatures? They don't happen to have...fur, do they?
Where might I find shelter here?

I never looked that closely myself. I was a bit... preoccupied.
Anywhere, really. The city is mostly abandoned.

I've never seen a town of such size. Is it all safe? It looks as if it's had better days.

Sad as they are, the words above are true;
Exercise all caution---I hope you do!
And I hope that we might meet.

If I don't meet you on the street, you're certainly welcome to stop in for tea at the New Museum---it's large, white, and boxlike, southwest. Going north isn't a very good idea; there's more malicious wildlife.

My name is Fred, by the way. I don't believe I know yours.
