Anyway, I'd suggest to do some strength training. It might hurt a little at first but but it will help. It's all in the statement, "If you don't use it, you lose it."
Another thing to consider is your diet. Make sure you get in your vitamins and nutrients.
However, first you should go to your doctor to find out for sure what is going on and he can probably give you suggestions on what might help. But don't let him decide to prescribe you some sort of medicine right away, ask him what other alternatives you can try first. A lot of doctors like to speed to putting in prescriptions to get more money out of the deal. It's a sad fact, but many do take advantage. I see it a lot with the elderly. It's amazing how they diagnose so many people as being "diabetic" when these people really aren't and just need a minor diet adjustment and they con money out of them.
It's not the same problem, but I was having a lot of pain in my all my joints. I put off going to the doctor until I was in MAJOR MAJOR pain. All the tests and everything were a huge pain in the ass, but in retrospect, I wish I had gone in sooner.
