I can honestly see it as a very decent attempt for your child to, at least, let him get to know his other grandma and all, but at the same time you have no idea what Bill has been telling his family. I mean the guy's a complete jerk-off.
I don't know... that's a really hard situation you're in. You can try talking to his family so, at least, THEY can get to know Parker, but I really have no idea how it'd turn out. I honestly, don't see Bill coming around any time soon. You can't force a weasel to change, he has to learn/want to do it himself.
